Excellent location near main tourist places. Beautiful traditional building with a stunning view of the river. Very helpful staff, providing warm and friendly service. Convenient parking provided at the property. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a king-sized bed. Wonderful river view from our room balcony. The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated on the outskirts of the busy area, away from the crowds. It is also just across the river, making it convenient to explore the quieter parts of the city. The walking distance to the main tourist spots isn't too bad, especially in colder months.
The outdated decor and lack of investment in upgrading the hotel's facilities are disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the Arno river. The hotel is in a wonderful location, just a short walking distance from all the major attractions, yet away from the noisy crowds. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of options and was delicious. Another great feature was the free parking, invaluable in this crowded city.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Lovely hotel with a charming, old-world feel. The view from our room was amazing, especially during sunset. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the historical attractions. The breakfast spread had a great selection, including fresh croissants and delicious cappuccino. We also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing a parking spot and arranging a beautiful cake and flowers for my mom's birthday. Despite a few minor issues, overall I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was so convenient - I could easily walk to all the main attractions within minutes. The staff were incredibly attentive and showed wonderful hospitality throughout my stay. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like cable TV, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. I also appreciated the lovely terrace and the in-room safe. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet, and the bar/lounge area was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The garden area was also a nice touch - I enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the scenery.
